About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Handle international customer queries and complaints.
• Provide professional support through calls, chats, and emails.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills.
