About The Times of India OOH Business
The Times of India has expanded its advertising solutions portfolio through its Out-of-Home (OOH) business, a new growth venture launched to extend existing client offerings beyond print advertising. The business operates as a media solutions and buying agency, helping advertisers access high-impact OOH inventory across markets while leveraging BCCL's strong relationships with existing advertisers and brands.
The Chance
We are looking for an experienced OOH Media Buying professional to build and strengthen our media procurement capability across North India. You will play a critical role in sourcing,



evaluating, negotiating, and securing OOH media inventory while supporting the commercial team in delivering competitive and effective media solutions to clients.
The role requires strong market knowledge, an established network across media owners, and the commercial acumen to identify quality inventory and negotiate favourable buying rates. Working closely with sales, strategy, and client servicing teams, you will help create scalable OOH solutions that complement BCCL's existing print offerings and support the growth of our new OOH business.
What You Will Do
• Source and secure OOH media inventory across billboards, transit media, airports, malls, digital screens, street furniture, and emerging formats.
• Build and manage relationships with media owners, vendors, and key industry partners across North India.
