We’re hiring a Post Production Manager at Vidrow ?
We make performance ads for startups and D2C brands, at volume. Every week our pods ship ads for Reels, Meta and YouTube, and every one of them has to hook in the first second, hold attention, and convert.
We’re looking for someone to own that pipeline, from raw footage to final delivery.
What you’ll do
→ Run post production end-to-end for short-form performance ads
→ Plan and assign edits across multiple production pods, balancing workload and deadlines
→ Review every cut for hooks, pacing, captions, sound, colour and brand fit before it ships
→ Build templates, workflows and QC checklists that help the team move faster without dropping quality
→ Bring AI into the pipeline (video generation, voice, upscaling, auto-captions) wherever it saves time
→ Work with scriptwriters, shoot teams, account managers and clients on feedback and revisions
→ Track turnaround times and revision rounds,

and fix bottlenecks before they slow delivery
You’ll fit if you have
→ 1–2 years in post production or editing, with at least 1 year managing editors or a delivery pipeline
→ Strong hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar
→ A sharp eye for what makes short-form ads work: strong hooks, fast pacing, clear messaging, native-feeling UGC
→ Experience shipping high volume on tight turnarounds
→ Clear, direct feedback that actually helps editors improve
→ Bonus: hands-on with Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, Seedance, HeyGen or ElevenLabs
