Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend and backend development, API integration, database design, and cloud-based application development.

We are particularly interested in developers who actively leverage Claude and AI-powered development tools to build, enhance, and accelerate application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
• Build intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Design, develop, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability,



and data integrity.
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external systems into applications.
• Build secure applications following best practices for authentication, authorization, data protection, and application security.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable code and participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes.
• Use Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI-powered development tools to design, develop, debug, refactor, and accelerate application development. Demonstrate practical experience using AI tools in building real-world applications, not just for basic code suggestions.
