The company is redefining transparency, compliance, and performance across India’s financial services sector.As Yubi scales across recent products and business lines, we're looking for a Brand Marketing & PR Lead to help shape and protect that story at every stage.

Responsibilities
• Build and own brand strategy, positioning,



and architecture across Yubi's product lines and business units with the Head of Marketing, and execute it quarter on quarter through campaigns, collaborations, events, podcasts, YouTube, and award submissions, with the support of agencies.
• Own PR and media relations end to end: Define the PR and media strategy and own press releases, media outreach, journalist relationships, media list management, and partner/co-marketing announcements with banks, NBFC and fintech partners.
• Handle executive communications — ghostwriting for CXOs and the Founder, speeches, interview talking points, Board/investor messaging, and securing speaking and podcast opportunities for leadership.
• Manage brand campaigns end to end, including launch briefs, films, and cross-functional execution.
• Lead crisis and reputation management — anticipating issues, drafting holding statements, coordinating rapid response, and keeping spokespeople
