Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, respond to product inquiries, and guide customers through the selection of STOLT’s accessories and personalized offerings. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and updating customer information in the sales system. The individual will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotions,



follow up on leads from various channels, and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The position also requires consistent follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and a high standard of service.
Qualifications
• Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including clear communication and a client-centric approach.
• Account Management experience, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
• Comfort using CRM or sales management tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
• Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
