About the Role

CleanTech Services Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales and business development in the semiconductor and high-purity industrial market.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with customers, understand technical requirements, manage quotations and commercial discussions, and drive opportunities through to order closure.

Candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry, semiconductor manufacturing, UHP gas/fluid systems, industrial technical products, or related technical B2B sales will be preferred.

What You Will Do
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the semiconductor and industrial market.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, networking, customer references, industry contacts and direct outreach.
• Develop and manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → enquiry → technical coordination → quotation → follow-up → order conversion → repeat business.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, purchase teams, engineering teams and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer applications and technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical/product teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proactively follow up with customers to drive prospect closure.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings and business development activities as required.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate sales updates to management.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling and expansion within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, logistics and internal teams for order processing and international shipments.
• Track shipment status, documentation, delivery timelines and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for payment follow-up, receivables and commercial documentation.
