Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing prospective clients through structured outreach and follow-up. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client presentations, coordinating with internal teams to align proposals with service offerings,



and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM or tracking tools. The associate will support the sales pipeline, participate in meetings and pitches, and contribute to developing strategies that expand Aaura AdWorks’ client base and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
