About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager – Wealth Management (HNI) to acquire, manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and UHNI clients.
This is a client acquisition + relationship management role. You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding recent HNI/UHNI clients, building long-term relationships, advising across investment products such as PMS, AIFs, fixed income and structured products, conducting periodic portfolio reviews, and growing AUM through both new client acquisition and deeper wallet share from existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect and acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through referrals, personal networks, outbound efforts and other business development channels.
• Own HNI/UHNI Client Relationships: Manage end-to-end relationships for a defined set of HNI and UHNI families and act as their primary point of contact.
• AUM & Revenue Growth:



Grow the client book through new acquisitions, referrals, increasing wallet share and deepening relationships with existing families.
• Asset Allocation & Wealth Planning: Lead conversations around asset allocation, liquidity planning and wealth structuring with clients and their families.
• Portfolio Reviews: Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and lead performance conversations, including difficult market or portfolio discussions when required.
• Investment Advisory: Advise clients across PMS, AIFs and other investment products such as fixed income and structured products, aligned with their investment horizon and risk profile.
• Suitability & Documentation: Ensure recommendations are documented and aligned with the client’s recorded risk profile.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Research and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
