What you will be doing:
• Provide technical support for Matrix Access Control, Time Attendance, and CCTV products.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and configuration-related issues.
• Support customers and system integrators with product installation, configuration, and commissioning.
• Diagnose issues related to biometric devices, attendance systems, access control devices, and CCTV systems.
• Assist with device integration, network connectivity, and basic system configuration.




• Coordinate with internal technical and product teams for complex technical issues and escalations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical training to customers and partners.
• Maintain proper documentation of technical queries, resolutions, and customer interactions.

What we are looking for:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in technical support for security, surveillance, access control, or time attendance solutions.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, networking, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and related security products.
• Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and coordination skills.
