Sonar Conectar is Hiring Client Servicing Manager – Operations

Role Overview: Client Servicing manger will head Sonar Conectar Client Servicing function, reporting to Director. This is a senior leadership mandate to drive client satisfaction, own portfolio profitability, and align client strategy with the agency's broader growth goals across mall installations, gamification, BTL activations, and corporate events.

Note: Candidates with experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, BTL Activations, Mall Décor or Corporate Events will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the Client Servicing department and define its strategic direction
• Build and manage long-term, senior-level client relationships
• Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key clients
• Lead high-value client conversations, negotiations, and strategic proposals
• Drive PAN team engagement, motivation,



and alignment with company objectives
• Own financial performance, P&L;, and profitability across client portfolios
• Partner with leadership on growth strategy, innovation, and current business direction
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing client servicing team
• Review post-event performance and client feedback, and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred
• Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience in agency-based client servicing (experiential / events / BTL preferred)
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT etc.) to enhance client presentation, proposal, reporting, day-to-day efficiency- whenever applicable
