We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Vice President - Transaction Services
• Loan Administration business under Transaction Services provides lending services across a wide range of complex products such as Credit & Lending, Leveraged Acquisition Finance, Structured Finance, Aviation & Maritime Finance, Real Estate Finance, Project Export Finance etc through bilateral and syndicated loans.



The team also manages Standby Letter of Credits, Held for Sale Transaction, Funded participation, Risk Participant / Non-Payment Insurance etc. Our proposition enables clients to pursue international capital market activities through movements of cash, protect the rights of interested parties and we assist our colleagues to meet client requirements. The team authorizes/validate/monitor and ensures the processing and administration of all types of complex loans where HSBC acts as the lender. The process includes servicing a deal, as well as gaining exposure to a variety of syndicated facility types. Loan Administration business management team is responsible for reconciliation, static data maintenance, user access management and call-backs.
