A TechOps Engineer is responsible for the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of production systems supporting a digital streaming platform. The role combines production operations, cloud engineering, incident management, observability, automation, and stakeholder/customer communication in a 24x7 environment

Key Responsibilities
• Manage production operations, service reliability, availability,
SLAs/KPIs, and customer-impacting issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot AWS cloud services, Terraform infrastructure, and GitHub-based deployments.
• Monitor and improve observability using Coralogix, New Relic, Grafana, and AWS monitoring tools.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management, including RCA, escalations, and post-incident actions.
• Develop Python/script-based automation and leverage AI/LLMs for operational efficiency and incident analysis.
• Drive continuous service improvement through monitoring, automation, runbooks, resilience, and stakeholder management.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Experience operating production systems in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
• Working knowledge of GitHub, Terraform, SQL, APIs, and CI/CD/deployment concepts.
• Practical experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Coralogix, New Relic, Grafana, and cloud mo
