• EHS will be responsible formonitoring daily safety practices at the construction site and ensuring compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations. The role involves identifying hazards, implementing preventive measures, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely.The position will work closely withproject execution teams, subcontractors,



and safety supervisors to promote a strong safety culture across the project.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Safety MonitoringMonitor dailyconstruction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.Ensure safe execution ofstructural works, formwork operations, reinforcement works, finishing works, and MEP installations.Conduct routinesite safety inspections and hazard identification.Hazard Identification & Risk ControlIdentifyunsafe conditions and potential safety risks at work fronts.Ensure implementation ofJob Safety Analysis (JSA), risk assessments, and secure work procedures.Recommend corrective actions to prevent accidents and unsafe practices.Safety ComplianceEnsure workers and subcontractors followsite safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.Monitor compliance withstatutory safety regulations and company safety guidelines.Assist in ensuring safe use ofequipment, machinery, scaffolding, and lifting operations.Safety Training & AwarenessConducttoolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and site staff.Participate in organizingsa
