Role Description The Audit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Audit Manager will oversee planning and execution of financial and statutory audits, including review of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities include leading audit teams, allocating work, reviewing working papers,



and ensuring timely completion of engagements with high-quality deliverables. The role involves coordinating with clients to understand business processes, identifying risk areas, recommending improvements, and preparing clear, well-structured audit reports and presentations for management. The Audit Manager will also contribute to practice development, train junior team members, and support continuous improvement of audit methodologies and standards.
Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret complex transactions and apply relevant standards.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and analysis for accuracy and compliance.
