HR & Recruitment Intern
InterviewDo is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated HR & Recruitment Intern to join our remote team.

This is a full-time remote internship where you will get hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, LinkedIn management, calling, lead generation, sales, and startup operations.

⏰ Working Hours & Requirements
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Remote / Work from Home
This is a full-time internship, similar to a regular full time job.
Candidates must have their own laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection.
Candidates must have their own mobile phone for calls and communication.
You should be comfortable making regular phone calls and communicating with candidates and potential customers during working hours.

What You'll Do
Recruitment & HR

Post job openings on platforms and contact other companys.
Search and source suitable candidates.
Review and shortlist resumes.
Contact candidates and conduct initial communication.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.




Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Calling & Communication

Make calls everyday for candidate communication, follow-ups, recruitment and sale, and business activities.
Communicate professionally with candidates and potential users.
Explain InterviewDo's services when required person also and companys also.
Follow up with leads and interested users and comapnys.
LinkedIn & Social Media

Manage the InterviewDo LinkedIn company page.
Research relevant HR, career, interview, and technology topics.
Create and publish LinkedIn content.
Engage with relevant users and communities.
Help increase InterviewDo's LinkedIn presence and reach.
Sales & Lead Generation

Identify potential customers and leads.
Generate leads
Contact and follow up with potential customers.
Promote InterviewDo's products and services.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Support the team in converting leads i
