UNSW Bengaluru is looking for a HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management. The role will work closely with employees and internal stakeholders across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR reporting.
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS is mandatory. Candidates with experience in the education/university sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination, offer documentation, onboarding and joining formalities.
• Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave and HR-related queries.
• Maintain and update employee information and workflows on the HRMS/HRIS.
• Generate HR reports, MIS and employee-related data through the HRMS.
• Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs, employee movements, attendance and leave data.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, confirmation, transfers, promotions and exit processes.




• Assist in implementation and adherence to HR policies, processes and statutory requirements.
• Support employee communication, engagement initiatives and grievance/query resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and HR records.
• Support HR audits, compliance activities and other HR projects as required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / HR Executive roles.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS.
• Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting/MIS.
• Robust communication, coordination, interpersonal and organizational skills.
