• A deep interest in infrastructure and asset management principles with expertise in one or more sectors such as energy, water, transport, or the built environment.
• Experience engaging with senior management on strategic asset management topics and challenges.




• A valuable understanding of asset management principles and how to apply them to address business challenges.
• Assessing and understanding risks at both a business and an asset portfolio level.
• Awareness of the high-level policy, governance, and operating environment within which Irish public sector, State, and Semi-State organisations plan, procure, deliver, and operate major infrastructure investments, including alignment with National Development Plan (NDP) objectives and priorities.
• Deep knowledge in one or more area to include:
• the development of asset strategies
• asset management operating models and culture
• knowledge of ISO 55001 and maturity models
• development and application of value frameworks for asset intensive organisations
