The position of Executive Client Servicing will be based in Bangalore and reports directly to the Sr. Manager Client Servicing.

Key Functions and Responsibilities
• Support the client servicing team in managing day-to-day client communication and project coordination.
• Assist in understanding client requirements, event objectives, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, production, operations, and vendors to facilitate timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prepare meeting notes, project trackers, status reports, and follow-up actions to ensure explicit communication across stakeholders.




• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, budgets, and event documentation for client reviews.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed as per schedule.
• Participate in client meetings, briefing sessions, and event recce visits to gain a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Support on-ground event execution by coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Handle routine client queries and feedback, escalating critical concerns to senior team members when required.
• Assist in managing project budgets, quotations, purchase orders, and expense tracking to ensure financial accuracy.
• Maintain accurate project records, contracts, approvals, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to post-event reporting, client feedback collection, and project closure activities.
