Our client, an HR tech company, is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team, working 100% remotely from India.
We are looking for a driven, credible and resourceful person with a true vocation for consultative selling, capable of guiding recruiting agencies and freelance recruiters from the first conversation to the closing of the deal. We value someone who enjoys building a sales process from scratch, at an early stage of the company, and who combines autonomy and attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly about a product that is constantly evolving.

The role
We are looking for a Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls and demos, and closing. You will work directly with the founders, with real influence over how we position and sell the product.
The role is 100% remote from India, with flexible hours, under a freelance (self-employed) contract. Compensation is commission-based, paid in euros (€).

What you'll do
• Identify and prospect freelance recruiters and recruiting agencies through LinkedIn, email,



networking and your own contacts.
• Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls and demos.
• Run consultative conversations to understand each prospect's recruiting workflow, pain points and tech stack.
• Present Hire Pilot's value in terms of results: faster time-to-fill, more placements and less manual work.
• Close deals and hand over new clients smoothly for onboarding.
• Keep CRM records accurate and report regularly on pipeline, conversion and activity.
• Share market feedback with the founders to help refine our product and messaging.

What we're looking for
• At least 2 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience selling to, or working within, the HR / recruiting sector.
• Ability to generate your own leads and work autonomously.
• Solid communication skills and a consultative, credible approach.
