About The High TableThe High Table is a global, invite-only community of founders, CXOs and industry experts that helps startups with Money, Mentor and Market. We run a GTM platform with fundraising support, investor and mentor access, global expansion help, talent services and flagship events, including a presence at ecosystem events like Step Dubai. We're building the go-to network for early-stage founders, and this role puts you at the centre of that.
The RoleYou'll work directly with the Founder across growth, business development and strategic partnerships, from our office in BTM Layout. This is a target-driven role: you'll own a pipeline, speak to prospective clients every week and close deals. You'll learn how a community-led venture platform is built and how a startup scales a network from the inside. Expect a lot of ownership and little hand-holding.




What You'll DoBusiness Development & Growth
• Identify and research prospective clients (startup founders and companies who fit our membership, GTM, fundraising and talent offerings)
• Run outreach and hold discovery calls and meetings, pitch The High Table's services and take prospects through to closure
• Support the membership application funnel, tracking leads, follow-ups and conversion
• Help plan and promote events, mixers and ecosystem activations (speaker outreach, invites, attendee follow-ups)
• Create growth-focused content for LinkedIn, X and Instagram, such as member spotlights, event recaps and insights

Strategic Partnerships
• Build and maintain a pipeline of partners: investors, VCs, accelerators, corporates, service providers and event organisers
• Prepare partnership outreach, decks, one-pagers and follow-up communication
