Role Description The AR Analyst is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable activities, including monitoring outstanding invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and following Referral Authorization, Eligibility etc

• Robust analytical and numerical skills with experience in accounts receivable, billing, or finance-related roles.




• Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting or billing software; ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams, including clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
• High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability and time management.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing or medical AR processes is an advantage.
