About Vantagee AI
Vantagee AI is an applied AI education and enablement company based in Bengaluru. We partner with schools, universities and small and mid-sized businesses to build practical AI skills and workflows. Our work includes AI literacy workshops for school students, career acceleration programmes for college cohorts, and workflow automation for SMEs. Every engagement ends in something people can use, not just slides. We are now expanding across Bangalore and pan-India.

The role
You will bring in new institutional clients. Your job is to get Vantagee AI in front of deans, principals, HODs, placement heads and directors, and turn those conversations into demo sessions and workshop proposals.

What you'll do
• Build and maintain lead lists of universities and schools in Bangalore and across India
• Run LinkedIn and email outreach to decision-makers, and follow up by phone and WhatsApp
• Book and track demo sessions and proposal meetings
• Run supporting paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) to capture inbound interest and track cost per qualified lead
• Report weekly:



institutions contacted, reply rate, demos held, proposals sent
• Work closely with the founder to sharpen the pitch using what you hear from institutions.

What we're looking for
• Experience in B2B outreach, edtech or education sales, or performance marketing, with real numbers you can share (meetings booked, reply rates, cost per lead)
• Clear, professional written English for emails and LinkedIn messages
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, Google Ads or Meta Ads, and a basic CRM or sheet-based pipeline
• Comfortable calling and following up with senior decision-makers
• Self-driven, organised and able to work in office in Bengaluru
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
