What you’ll do
As an operations intern, you will support the functions that keep the company running smoothly. You will work across teams and with external stakeholders, handling a mix of regular tasks and one-off projects.

Responsibilities
• Compliance: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our external compliance team, track payments for compliance, and ensure monthly compliance requirements are met on time.
• Banking & Finance: Coordinate with the bank on account-related requests and documentation, and support day-to-day finance operations.
• Team: Manage documentation and onboarding for recent team members,track hiring progress across teams, and help organise regular team activities.
• Day-to-day Operations: Coordinate with the Office Administrator on office upkeep and supplies, keep company records and the data room organised, and source vendors for operational needs.
• Marketing & Creative: Contribute creative ideas for the company's website and social media, and help develop deliverables for conferences and events
• Office Expansion & Lab Operations:



Support office expansion initiatives, including scouting and setting up new workspaces and labs, while working on niche space-tech operational requirements such as cleanroom planning, infrastructure coordination, and international standards compliance.

What we look for
Minimum requirements
• Pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Management, Commerce, or any related discipline
• Strong execution skills and the ability to get things done quickly & reliably
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling day-to-day operational tasks with ownership and attention to detail

Preferred qualification
• Experience with finance, documentation, onboarding, inventory, or events
• Comfortable using tools such as Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, Excel, and similar softwares
