Your First 90 Days
You’ll be deployed on a mortgage client engagement as part of a dedicated pod, working alongside engineers, domain experts, and client stakeholders.
You will:
• Understand the client’s operations: Learn their workflows, systems, and pain points directly from the people doing the work.
• Own a scoped problem: Help define the workflow, establish a baseline, and agree
