Role Description The Research and Outreach Intern is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting RegulatingAI’s research initiatives and community engagement activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting literature reviews on AI policy and ethics, synthesizing research findings into clear briefs or summaries, and helping prepare content for reports, events, and online publications.



The intern will identify potential collaborators and stakeholders, assist with outreach campaigns, manage contact lists, and help coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, or panel discussions. Additional responsibilities may include drafting emails and outreach materials, supporting social media or newsletter updates, and tracking engagement metrics. The intern will work closely with team members, attend regular virtual check-ins, and contribute ideas to strengthen RegulatingAI’s impact and reach.
Qualifications
• Robust research and analytical abilities, including literature review, source evaluation, and synthesis of complex information related to AI, technology policy, or ethics.
