We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts qualified to join our Visa Medical Centre team on a 6-month contractual basis.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the medical centre
• Handle cash, card, online and central payment collections and reconciliations
• Manage bank deposits, bank reconciliation, petty cash and vendor payments
• Prepare periodic MIS, financial and inventory reports
• Conduct monthly stocktake and reconcile inventory variances
• Handle ledger scrutiny and support Trial Balance finalisation
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory filings




• Coordinate with banks, vendors, doctors and the corporate finance team
• Calculate doctors’ incentives and support finance-related queries
• Assist with audits, regulatory documentation and other finance-related activities
Mandatory Requirements:

✅ Mandatory experience in healthcare clinics/hospitals
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting
✅ Proficiency in MS Office
✅ Excellent written and spoken English
✅ Strong compliance, reconciliation and analytical skills
✅ Ability to manage a growing business environment
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
✅ Ability to streamline processes and ensure financial Compliances
