Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will engage with prospective learners, explain Lead2Campus services, and help match their requirements with suitable programs and universities. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and conducting consultations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves supporting senior sales team members, participating in training sessions,



and contributing to campaigns aimed at increasing student enrolments. The Sales Intern will collaborate closely with counseling and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for prospective learners.
Qualifications

• Robust Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse audiences.
• Customer Service abilities to handle queries, build trust, and provide courteous, solution-focused support.
• Foundational Sales skills, such as lead follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building.
• Interest in Training and learning from senior team members to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Basic understanding or interest in Sales Management concepts, including pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage a full-time schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
