Role Description The Territory Sales Manager (B2B Sales)



will drive business growth for NoBrokerHood by acquiring and managing gated communities and residential societies within the Greater Bengaluru Area. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying prospective societies, pitching NoBrokerHood’s solutions to management committees and decision makers, and converting them into long-term partners. The role includes managing the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, product demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure, followed by ensuring smooth handover to implementation and customer success teams. The Territory Sales Manager will maintain strong relationships with clients, gather market insights, and collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and sales strategies. The individual will also be responsible for meeting territory-level sales targets, tracking performance metrics, and representing the brand at local events and meetings.
