Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role involves assisting customers throughout their journey — from product discovery to post-purchase support — while ensuring every interaction reflects Nushu’s friendly, supportive, and customer-first approach.
Preference: Female candidates (as the role involves understanding and addressing women’s period care-related queries).




Key Responsibilities· Respond to customer queries across WhatsApp, calls, emails, social media, and other support channels in a timely and skilled manner.
· Help customers choose the right period underwear based on their flow, size, usage needs, and concerns.
· Assist with product information, order updates, delivery queries, exchanges, returns, and complaints.
· Educate customers about product usage, washing instructions, sizing, absorbency, and benefits.
· Handle customer concerns with empathy and provide quick, effective solutions.
· Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, marketing, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
· Drive conversions through by identifying relevant sales opportunities and guiding interested customers toward purchase. A 5% commission on the sale value will be provided for every customer successfully converted.
