WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Most recruiters work an applicant queue. This is not that. The sales leaders and sellers you will recruit are not applying for jobs. They are producing in a territory, paid well and not looking. Your job is to find them, reach them and give them a reason to listen. Close to half your week is proactive outreach. One excellent inside sales rep can change a territory for our clients. You will be the person who found them.

- A dedicated AI specialist is building a talent platform: client candidate review, automated scheduling, screening highlights and a living map of sales talent in our clients' markets, so every search starts from a list instead of a blank page

ABOUT REVENUE OPTICS
We are a commercial transformation firm for private equity backed B2B distributors and industrial companies with $200 million to $3 billion in revenue. We build inside sales teams, fix pricing, put AI to work in commercial operations and recruit the sellers who run those engines. We are about 20 people, bootstrapped and profitable.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Finding people who are not looking: named target companies, named people, tiered before you reach out
- Outreach that gets a reply: phone, email, text and LinkedIn in sequence
- Screening that holds up: current base, target earnings and actual earnings for the last twelve months
- Defensible submissions: a written summary against a scorecard agreed with the client. Fewer names, each worth the hiring manager's time
