Role Description The Purchasing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and tracking purchase orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders. The Purchasing Executive will ensure timely availability of materials and services, maintain accurate procurement records,



and support cost optimization while adhering to company policies and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring inventory levels, resolving purchase-related issues, and supporting cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Proficiency in Procurement processes, vendor coordination, and negotiation.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and partners.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work in office in Thane and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and familiarity with basic MS Office or ERP systems.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
