Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tendering Specialist role based in Vadodara.



The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender and bid process, including identifying opportunities, analyzing tender requirements, preparing compliant proposals, and coordinating documentation and submissions. Daily tasks include reviewing technical and commercial specifications, collaborating with sales, engineering, and finance teams to compile accurate cost estimates and solution offerings, and ensuring adherence to internal approval processes. The role involves maintaining tender records, tracking bid status, updating tender databases, and supporting negotiations or clarifications with clients and vendors. The Tendering Specialist will also monitor market trends, procurement policies, and competitor activities to help improve tender strategies and win rates.
