Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior BDE who is confident in outbound calling, lead generation, customer handling, and sales conversion.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products& services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Business Development Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers and generate current business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services clearly.
• Conduct effective sales conversations and build strong customer interest.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions.




• Convert qualified leads into sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
• Manage high-potential leads and take ownership from initial contact to closure.
• Maintain accurate lead, call, and follow-up details in CRM/Excel.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Support junior executives with sales pitching, follow-ups, and objection handling when required.
• Share regular calling, follow-up, and sales performance updates with the Team Lead/Manager.
• Contribute to achieving overall team targets and improving sales performance.
