About the Role
V2Soft is looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Manager to lead recruiting delivery, manage team performance, and ensure quality, timely submissions and successful placements across client accounts. The role requires solid IT staffing experience, team leadership, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure hiring targets are achieved.
• Lead, coach, and manage recruiters to improve productivity and performance.
• Prioritize job orders, allocate requirements, and monitor submission, interview, and placement progress.
• Review candidate profiles and ensure quality submissions that meet client requirements.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs and resolve delivery challenges.
• Track recruitment metrics, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.




• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, client requirements, and company policies.
• Leverage JobDiva, ATS, and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in staffing.
• Proven experience managing recruiting teams and driving delivery targets.
• Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting MSP programs and direct client accounts is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with JobDiva or other ATS platforms preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong focus on candidate quality, productivity, accountability, and results.
