Role Description The Field Sales Manager – Textile is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities for Prepster school-wear, managing existing client accounts, and building strong relationships with schools and institutional buyers. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients and prospects, presenting product ranges, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely order follow-ups and deliveries. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity,



and customer feedback to support sales strategy and product development. The Field Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams in production, logistics, and marketing to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in textiles, apparel, or school-wear, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong skills in relationship management, client servicing, and negotiation, with the ability to engage institutional buyers and decision-makers.
• Ability to plan and execute territory coverage, conduct regular client visits, and manage pipelines using basic sales reporting tools or CRM systems.
• Good understanding of textile or garment manufacturing processes, product features, and quality standards relevant to uniforms or school-wear.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and loc
