Role Description

The Sales Strategist at MyWall will design and execute sales strategies that grow creator and brand partnerships, with a focus on driving platform adoption and revenue. In this full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, the individual will identify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust pipeline, and conduct presentations and demos for prospective clients.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, analyzing sales performance data, and optimizing outreach tactics. The role also involves nurturing long-term relationships, providing strategic input on pricing and offerings, and supporting the training of internal teams and partners on sales best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service capabilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in training others on sales processes, tools, or customer-facing practices, with an ability to mentor an
