The Role
We are looking for driven Field Sales Executives to build Creston Chem's presence on the ground. You'll travel to manufacturers across your territory, understand their production and sourcing, build strong relationships with factory owners and their teams, and bring back qualified requirements. You'll be the face of Creston Chem at the customer's door. (Procurement and final commercials are handled by the Sales Manager — your focus is the customer relationship and the requirement.)

Key Responsibilities
• Visit manufacturers and factory owners across your assigned territory to understand their business, production lines and raw-material needs.
• Learn how each customer procures,



the grades and volumes they use, and their consumption patterns.
• Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with owners, production and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities and suggest suitable polyurethane grades and sourcing improvements.
• Generate enquiries and pass qualified requirements to the Sales Manager for quotation.
• Present quotations and follow up with customers to move enquiries toward orders (in coordination with the Sales Manager).
• Map your territory — maintain a database of manufacturers, competitors, pricing and market intelligence.
• Represent Creston Chem at customer sites, exhibitions and industry events. Meet visit, enquiry and conversion targets.

What We're Looking For
• 1–4 years of field / B2B sales experience — ideally in chemicals, polymers, plastics, foam or industrial raw materials (strong freshers may be considered).
• Graduate in any disciplin
