About the Role : The Gut Expert is a customer-facing, phone-based role focused on guiding individuals through their digestive health journey. You will work closely with customers who have already enrolled in a personalized gut health program, helping them understand their condition, implement diet and lifestyle changes, and stay committed to the program. This is not a sales or tele calling role—every interaction is consultative, empathetic, and tailored. You will act as a coach, educator, and support system, ensuring customers achieve long-term improvements in their gut health. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end customer journeys across multiple scheduled calls over 6–8 weeks
• Understand customer medical history and guide them to the right program during presales
• Conduct onboarding calls to set expectations and explain the program structure
• Provide personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations based on gut profiles and symptoms
• Interpret digestive health conditions (e.g., acidity, IBS, bloating,
