What will you do?
• Act as a Global Administrator for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer key Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and M365 Apps.
• Manage tenant-wide configurations, updates, service health, and lifecycle, overseeing global licensing and service enablement.
• Administer Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including licensing and tenant settings, ensuring compliance with data protection.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or global issues and collaborate with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support/partners.





What are we looking for?
At Aubay, our focus is on professionals who bring both technical expertise and the right mindset:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in large or global environments;
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field;
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and PowerShell;
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot administration, including licensing and tenant configuration;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus;

• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.
