We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Design Intern to join our content team. You will be responsible for designing high-quality, click-worthy thumbnails for YouTube videos that drive views and engagement.
NOTE THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP
What You'll Do:
→ Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos
→ Create multiple variations per video for A/B testing
→ Study competitor thumbnails and identify trends
→ Maintain consistency in style and branding across thumbnails
You're a Fit If You:
→ Are proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or any design tool
→ Have a robust eye for color, composition, and typography
→ Understand what makes a viewer click on a video
→ Are self-driven and responsive to feedback
→ Can commit 2–3 hours a week consistently
