? We're Hiring: Pole Load Analysis (PLA) | Hyderabad

Magnasoft's Telecom team is hiring for overseas FTTx aerial network projects (US, Canada, UK). Two openings:

1️⃣ SME – Pole Load Analysis | 7–12 years
2️⃣ Engineer – PLA & Katapult | 1–4 years (min. 1 year in PLA)

? Hyderabad (Work from Office) | Telecom OSP

What you'll do:
- Annotate and model in Katapult Pro
- Run structural PLA (wind, ice, tension, equipment loads) in O-Calc Pro or SPIDAcalc
- Design make-ready solutions: attachment shifts, guying, reinforcement, pole replacement
- Ensure NESC, GO95, ANSI, and ASTM compliance
- Prepare PLA and MRE reports
- SME role: lead QA/QC audits, handle escalations, mentor engineers

What we're looking for:




✅ Hands-on Katapult Pro with O-Calc Pro or SPIDAcalc
✅ Working knowledge of NESC, GO95, ANSI, ASTM (CSA for SME)
✅ B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Telecom (Diploma accepted for Engineer role)
✅ SME: PLA and MRE ownership in Telecom OSP/FTTx
✅ Engineer: basic GIS knowledge is an advantage
