Business Development Manager | Outbound + International Clients | Gurugram
We are a digital marketing agency. About 95% of our clients are international. We already get attention from a motivational content page. We are hiring people in Gurugram who can bring their own sales through outbound, and also close the inbound that the page produces.
This is not a lead-qualification job. You are expected to open conversations, pitch, and close.
What you will do
• Build and run your own outbound: LinkedIn, email, and calls to founders and marketing heads in the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East
• Bring sales from your own network, past clients, and daily prospecting. Inbound from our page is support, not your only source
• Own the deal from first message to signed retainer
• Run discovery calls, scope the work, and close monthly retainers
• Log every lead, follow-up, and next step the same day
• Share what is converting so the script and the page stay aligned

What we need
• 2–5 years in agency sales, B2B outbound, or digital-services closing




• Proof you have sourced and closed deals yourself, not only worked leads someone else gave you
• Clear spoken and written English. You will be on calls with overseas clients
• Comfort sending the first message and following up until you get a yes or a no
• Based in Gurugram, office or hybrid
• Reliable. You show up, keep a pipeline, and do not disappear after week one

Valuable to have
• Experience selling SEO, paid ads, social, or full-funnel retainers
• An existing overseas network you can activate in the first 30 days
• Experience selling from both cold outbound and content-led inbound
