Role Description The Closing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing all activities related to closing residential property sales. This role coordinates with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely funding, and smooth handover of completed units to clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing closing checklists, verifying loan and mortgage details, reviewing contracts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.



The Closing Manager also communicates with clients and external lending partners, monitors closing timelines, prepares reports, and supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of closings and funding processes, with experience managing end-to-end transaction workflows.
• Sales and client relationship skills to coordinate with buyers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Understanding of loans and mortgage lending, including documentation, verification, and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain closing steps clearly to diverse stakeholders.
