and coordination with project teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.Key ResponsibilitiesPlant & Machinery PlanningPlan and manageplant and machinery requirements for the entire project site.Ensure timelymobilization and deployment of construction equipment as per project schedules.Coordinate with project management teams to forecastmachinery requirements for upcoming construction stages.Machinery Operations ManagementOversee daily operations ofconstruction equipment and machinery including tower cranes, hoists, batching plants, concrete pumps, bar bending machines, bar cutting machines, compressors, and other site equipment.Ensure properutilization and operational efficiency of all machinery deployed at site.Maintenance & Equipment ReliabilityDevelop and implementpreventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all plant and machinery.Ensure timelyrepair and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.Monitor equipment performance and address technical issues promptly.Equipment Safety ComplianceEnsure all plant and machinery are operatedin compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.Conduct regularsafety inspections for machinery and lifting equipment.Ensure operators follow properequ
