Role Description
The HR Generalist Intern (Unpaid) will support day-to-day human resources operations in a remote internship role.



Responsibilities include assisting with HR documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting the development and communication of HR policies and procedures. The intern will help with benefits-related inquiries, coordinate basic benefits administration tasks under supervision, and contribute to onboarding and general employee support activities. This role may also involve researching HR best practices, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to the HR team across Small Fare® brands.

Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with interest in generalist responsibilities.
• Ability to understand and support HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and communication.
• Basic familiarity with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, or willingness to learn these areas.
