Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, and drive sales growth for home lift solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams, tracking sales performance,



preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning to expand Nibav Home Lifts’ market share.
Qualifications
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, negotiation, and closing.
• Experience in market research, opportunity analysis, and developing effective go-to-market strategies.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products in transparent, customer-friendly terms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, home improvement, or capital equipment sales is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital
