What would you do?

• Supports the end-to-end Leave of Absence (LOA) process by coordinating employee leave requests, validating required documentation, tracking approvals, maintaining accurate records in HR systems,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• The process includes stakeholder coordination, leave entitlement management, reporting, and employee support throughout the leave lifecycle and return-to-work process. Based on internal leave administration documentation, responsibilities include leave request processing, entitlement management, compliance administration, and stakeholder communication
