Job Title: Risk Insurance Sales Consultants

Experience: 2yrs and above

Location: Malad

Salary: 30K to 40K monthly (3.6Lpa to 4.8Lpa)

Timings: Shift starts around 5am/5.30am

Role

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Risk Insurance Sales Consultant who combines strong client communication with knowledge of Australian life insurance. This role suits someone who can educate, build trust, follow up consistently and convert warm leads into clients.

This person will work with incoming leads and prospective clients, help them understand Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection, and move them confidently toward the next step. Advisor (PIA) will remain responsible for the adviser-level conversation and regulated advice where required.

Responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads and prospective clients by phone and other approved communication channels.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand family circumstances, income, liabilities and protection concerns.




• Explain Life, TPD, Trauma and Income Protection in straightforward, client-friendly language.
• Explain the difference between insurance inside and outside superannuation at a high level.
• Help clients understand the importance of appropriate personal protection and the consequences of being underinsured.
• Handle common objections around cost, timing, superannuation and whether cover is necessary.
• Build trust and move suitable prospects toward an adviser appointment or application.
• Follow up leads consistently and professionally by phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
• Re-engage prospects who have not yet proceeded and maintain an organised pipeline.
• Prepare or assist with insurance quotes and comparisons where required.
• Work closely with Principal Insurance Advisor and the case-management team to ensure a smooth handover and client experience.
