• Governance and Committee Memberships :This change-the-bank (CTB) role requires a strong self-starter with strong change delivery skills who enjoys the challenge of delivering change within tight deadlines. Structured and organised analyst with strong data and business analysis skills,



and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A good understanding of the control requirement surrounding data handling will be advantageous in this role. Assess the operational risks as part of the analysis and implementation planning and execution in conjunction with delivery managers
• Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Requirements Elicitation & Documentation: Elicit, capture, and document functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Data Mapping & Specification: Map business needs to system/data requirements; write data mapping specifications and ensure clarity for both upstream and downstream processes. Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, data engineering, data model
